How to add Microsoft 365 to Claude
Microsoft 365 is built into Claude for organisations. An owner turns it on under Organization settings > Connectors, and a Microsoft Entra admin consents to its permissions. Then each person opens Customize > Connectors, finds Microsoft 365 and presses Connect.
On your phone: connectors belong to your Claude account. Add it once on claude.ai or in the desktop app, and it is in the Claude app for iPhone and Android too: in a chat, press +, then Connectors, and switch it on.
How to add it to ChatGPT
ChatGPT has its own connectors for SharePoint, Outlook and Teams on business plans, set up by the workspace admin.

- Write actions are off until an admin turns them on.
